En cualquier caso, a los profesionales del <strong>Marketing <\/strong>no nos resulta operativo.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s bien deber\u00edamos hablar de \u2018cambio generacional\u2019 cuando un grupo suficiente de la poblaci\u00f3n incorpora modificaciones de conducta tan radicales que afectan esencialmente a las din\u00e1micas de los mercados.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, respecto a la comunicaci\u00f3n, podr\u00edamos decir que la segunda mitad del siglo XX fue la generaci\u00f3n de la televisi\u00f3n, la primera d\u00e9cada del siglo XXI fue la generaci\u00f3n de <strong>Internet<\/strong>, y lo que llevamos de segunda d\u00e9cada de siglo est\u00e1 siendo la generaci\u00f3n\u2026 \u00bfdel bolsillo?<\/p>\n<p>No nos referimos con \u201cbolsillo\u201d al poder adquisitivo, siempre determinante, sino al lugar donde se guarda el medio por el que se accede a la informaci\u00f3n: los <strong>tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles<\/strong> de \u2013nunca mejor dicho- \u201c\u00faltima generaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Observemos que hemos hablado de una primera generaci\u00f3n de 50 a\u00f1os (la del televisor), la siguiente s\u00f3lo de 10 (la de Internet), y que la actual apenas ha cumplido los cuatro a\u00f1os. Esto resulta extremadamente importante: todos los adultos \u2018analistas\u2019 nacieron y vivieron en una generaci\u00f3n ya dos veces desfasada. Sus puntos de vista, si no se adaptan al \u2018hoy mismo\u2019, permanecer\u00e1n m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos al periodo jur\u00e1sico que al presente que manda.<\/p>\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n actual se comunica y se informa a trav\u00e9s de unos peque\u00f1os aparatos que llevan siempre encima, y que hace tres a\u00f1os no exist\u00edan\u2026 Eso es un cambio y lo dem\u00e1s son tonter\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El Marketing que a\u00fan dependa exclusivamente de la televisi\u00f3n e incluso de Internet a trav\u00e9s de los ordenadores tradicionales est\u00e1 moribundo y desfasado. Cualquiera que desee comunicarse efectivamente con su mercado deber\u00e1 recurrir a los medios que \u00e9ste utilice, y los medios a d\u00eda de hoy se llevan en el bolsillo.
